This Industrial outdoor Venue space is approximately 4000 sq. ft. and is located on the southwest side of Costa Mesa and two blocks from the Newport Beach border. 1.5 miles from the beach. Hourly rental with a capacity of 160 guests. Large outdoor Bar and Kitchen with appliances, 3 coolers. 2 restrooms, Custom Stage with large Bluetooth speakers and Microphone. Lots of outdoor activities such as Axe throwing, 2 Cornhole sets, Ring toss, Fire pits. Couch loungers, With plenty of space for additional tables and chairs. 20% discount during weekdays! We promote good vibes!

Todd was very easy to work with and the venue was perfect for the birthday party I was throwing. Another venue had canceled my booking the day before the party and fortunately I found this spot and it ended up being perfect with tons of activities for everyone who came!
