The property is home to an iconic crystal store and importer of exotic Balanise design elements. The store is open 11 to 6 and very seldom closes down for shoots. You will be shooting during normal business, however our customers tend to steer clear of shoots. Perfect for a shoot that requires a fully set up crystal store. Or a scene requiring a natural waterfall with pond. The property is spectacular, complete with a historic 3-story spring-fed waterfall that runs all year long. Those who visit the property often remark that they feel as though they have been transported to some exotic land that is filled with sights and sounds that awake the senses and make them feel at peace. REGARDING RENTAL RATES: Our fees take into consideration the scope of the shoot and the number of people involved. Typical shoots (2 to 10 people) typically run $250/hr (our posted rate) (2-hour min) unless there are unusual aspects to the shoot. Full camera/crew (20+) runs up to $5000+ per day (up to 10 hours). Parking is limited, will discuss as necessary. Terms negotiable for mulit-day shoots. Extremely unique location.
