About the Space
All rates are custom based on what you're looking for. For parking inquiries, price is per space. For filming, rates are customized based on your project and begin at $75 an hour. Please inquire about rates BEFORE booking as booking will be based on your need and space. We can offer student pricing as well. We have a variety of outdoor areas- parking lot with great views of Rocky Peak, a playground, a fallow field, and huge lawn. Indoor areas include a sanctuary, multipurpose rooms, and classrooms.

Had such a great experience shooting our short film with this lot as our basecamp! We were using a process trailer so we needed a big enough lot with wide enough entrances and surrounding streets. This checked all the boxes! Eric was super accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely would love to book again if the opportunity arises!
