Newly renovated, well-lit building with creative glass offices perfect for your next filming location! This 8572 sqft building is located near Culver City. The office includes 5 executive offices, a conference room, an open warehouse with a skylight, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a break room, and an open office area. The office is located near the 1-10 and 10 min walk from the Expo/Crenshaw Metro Station. The office space is actually used on a regular 9-5 basis, so it's perfect for productions seeking an authentic environment already equipped with personal work stations, office supplies, some clutter, flare, etc.

This *is* our working office and place of business Monday-Friday! On-site daily we have executives, associates and warehouse personnel who keep our lights on. We prefer weekend filming to make it easier to provide you with the entire space.
Work day filming is an option! During your scout, we'll get a feel of all your needs- your flexibility of weekday vs weekend, areas of interest (upstairs vs. downstairs vs warehouse/both/all) the type of production/event, , crew/guest size, time frame, etc. If a weekday is your only option: We'll send home most of our employees for the day and keep the smallest on-site crew possible to ensure our business remains operational (~ 4 employees).
