Step into a labyrinthine attic stockroom just 9 miles east of Downtown LA. With stained walls, cluttered shelving, and dim overhead lighting, this space feels atmospheric and eerie, perfect for music videos, thrillers, or horror projects. The stockroom stretches with rows of shelving, hidden passages, and corners layered with character. As part of this booking, you also gain access to our Torture Chamber, a murky, dimly lit room with aged scenic textures, unsettling atmosphere, and a static-filled TV that flickers with creepy energy. Items are provided as-is and may change between bookings. If you do not see it on your scout, it is not included in your rental. Gear Available Rent where you shoot and save time on transport. We offer cameras (RED, Sony, Blackmagic), cine lenses, Aputure lights, Litepanels, Quasars, grip gear, hazers, and more. Reach out if you would like a full gear list or have specific requests. Additional Amenities Shared breakspace area, restrooms, tables, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, and make-up mirrors included. Private holding spaces and production offices are available the same day at $50, $100, $250, and $500. Inquire for details. Really neat space and the production design is pretty much set up to deliver the grungy basement stockroom vibe right upon walking in. You can turn the lights off easy to do your own and create a multitude of different feels. Definitely would recommend if you're in the market for this kind of look!

- Any fake blood left on-site will result in a $150 cleaning fee
- Any trash or debris left on-set including empty water bottles, chip bags, tape will result in $150 cleaning fee
- Damage, removal or unpermitted use or misplacement of items in the stock room will result in a $300 fine
- If there is a shoot after yours we may cap your overtime to 1 additional hour
