Top floor, sunlit, courtyard facing. This modern and simple office space is a beaut and can be set up for photo shoots, art spaces, gallery nights, filming, or coworking. It has a private room for getting ready or makeup application or equipment storage. The building is a historical piece of architecture with beautiful white/black marble floors and vaulted ceilings in the atrium and a gorgeous early 1900s vibe when you walk in. The office is accessible via stairs or elevator and we can arrange an alley pickup/dropoff for any gear.
