About the Space
East Vancouver Studio! GROUND LEVEL, steps from free parking. 600 sf ( 20' x 25' length - note: 8 foot ceilings only) The studio has white walls and a 9 foot wide seamless backdrop. West facing, with ample sunlight streaming in through a large 10x10 glazed window for diffused-lighting conditions. Ideal for corporate, realtor, GREEN SCREEN, acting headshots, fashion testing, product, as well as classroom/ workshops). Features: Wi-fi Bluetooth stereo system Large bathroom w/ironing board Full kitchen upstairs (additional $$) for food prep and island for food/still life shooting Extras: **LIGHTING SETUP: 3 Godox AD 600 strobes, 3x3 deep dish, 5 foot octobox , two gridded stripboxes, reflectors, transceivers, 3 black and white 8 foot v flats, and 3 mathews c stand package - $150. Apurture Nova 300c color LED panel light - $100 Seamless 9 foot green screen - $25 Rental The studio manager will personally be on set to setup the entire lighting gear as well. ** KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM RENTAL : 2nd level loft available with large living room & kitchen/ island upstairs available for commercial food product photoshoots ( see pics ). ** Please enquire regarding rates! Had such an amazing time doing a photoshoot in this space! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. There’s a bathroom we used as a changing room, some formal clothes available to borrow, and the sweetest little cat named Charlie 🥹 Honestly, I had the best time here and would definitely recommend this space! :)))
