This is a multipurpose, two-level venue equipped to handle anything you need for your shoot. A converted commercial unit, these separate chambers are generously open with plenty of headroom on both floors. Beneath a spacious, skylit, residential loft, sits a large basement that's ready to be manipulated to realize your visions. Access to the basement is through either a common or separate entrance with a large echoing staircase leading down from the ground level. Access is by a quiet laneway off the nearest side street. While parking in the lane is restricted, there is plenty of residential street parking available, as well as a 24 hour lot 500m away.
