Natural lighting for daytime shoots and subtle lighting for evening shots. Flexible setup—great for outdoor scenes, product shoots, or private gatherings. Ideal for small-scale events or cinematic scenes. Covered patio has custom designed bar height table with seating for 8. The elevated cover allows for natural light and breeze while providing shade. Two Indoor Spaces are 380 sq. ft. multipurpose room and 285 sq. ft meeting room. Multipurpose room is suited for photoshoots, productions, meetings, yoga instructors, classes and presentations. Accommodates crew members comfortably with room to set up equipment or is a great space for a caterer to set up for your event. Charming Meeting Room is great for small gatherings, indoor scenes, and interviews. Comfortable seating and bistro table, heating and AC, French doors open to backyard.
