*HOURLY PRICING INCLUDES SOUND SYSTEM, 1 SECURITY GUARD (4-HOURS), BAR SERVICE, AND HOOKAH SERVICE* This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Has couches and bar stools for seating. Therefore, no outside alcohol can be brought into the facility according per GA law and we will not serve guests under 21 at your event. All drinks must be purchased from our bar. Our drink prices range from $5 - $20. We carry tequila, vodka, cognac, rum, gin, whiskey, bourbon, wine, beer, and more. We do offer open bar packages for your guests if you are interested. Please message us to inquire. ______________________ Our venue has a tobacco license and offers hookah for purchase. We have traditional hookah, herbal hookah (tobacco and nicotine free), candy tips, and flavor mixing options. Our hookah is $30-$40. ______________________ All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but guests are required to remove all decorations and make sure that all trash is in trash bins and not on the floors, counters, etc. at the conclusion of their event. Our cleaning team will deep clean the venue by spraying surfaces, cleaning the restrooms, mopping, etc. ______________________ Our venue does have a camera and projector system that allows performances, DJ sets, etc. upstairs to be broadcast downstairs on our tv wall and in the back room. We can also play sports games, show event graphics, etc throughout the facility. ______________________ Furniture can be moved around the venue to your liking; however, all furniture must be placed back in its original position before you vacate the premises. ______________________ Parking is free in EAV. There is free parking in a lot behind the building and in a lot on the side of the building. There is also free street parking available. ______________________ Outside catering is allowed. ______________________ Our venue is a restaurant and does have food available for purchase. ______________________ Having a security guard onsite is mandatory. Our hourly rate includes 1 security guard. If another guard is needed, it will be an additional $150. Events with an attendance of 50+ must have 2 guards. ______________________ Our calendar is open up to 1-2 months in advance. If you try to book the space more than 2 months in advance you will see that all the dates are blocked off because the calendar has not been opened for that time period yet. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date (and the calendar is open), that means the space is booked.
