About the Space
**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. All events after 5 pm or with an attendance of more than 20 people must have at least 1 of our in-house security guards present. Outside security is allowed, but 1 of our guards at minimum must be present. Our security guards are $150 per guard. Please add it on to your booking at the time of checkout** ______________________ *Our calendar is open up to 1-2 months in advance. If you try to book the space more than 2 months in advance you will see that all the dates are blocked off because the calendar has not been opened for that time period yet. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date (and the calendar is open), that means the space is booked.* ______________________ *Our hourly rate is $250/hr after 3 am* ______________________ This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more. There are three sections to this event space: 1) The front - which houses a bar and open space. 2) Upstairs with open space and stage. 3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating. Important Information: Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes. If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours). Outside catering is allowed. A corkage fee of $250 will apply to bring in alcohol. Please contact us regarding other options to make alcoholic beverages available to your guests.
