*Our calendar is open up to 2-3 months in advance. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date, that means the space is booked.*
This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more.
There are three sections to this event space:
1) The front - which houses a bar and open space.
2) Upstairs with open space and stage.
3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating.
Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes.
If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours).
We have 2 options for serving alcohol at your event.
If you would like for us to supply drinks to your guests for purchase, please add on our full-service bar package ($100). Our full-service bar package includes the opening/stocking of our bar and bartenders. Each guest will pay for their beverages at the bar.
If you would like to bring your own alcohol into the facility, you will need to add our corkage fee ($250) onto your booking.
Outside catering is allowed.
