Tuscany resort with picturesque lush landscaping, meandering vines, pool and spa and stunning Bohemian gardens. 4 bed 3 bath sprawling villa in Topanga Canyon, exceptional outdoor romantic European gardens and spectacular views perfect for photos, weddings and luxury cocktail events. 1920s home surrounded by mature gardens on several levels, a sparkling pool, and incredible canyon views. Luxury event space, outdoor kitchen, fire place, fire pit table, full screen TV pool side, Italian outdoor patios with quaint swings, and stunning sunset patio views. Several cozy outdoor seating areas, tiki bar deck, and detached exercise/yoga room. Inside the home it is antique country 1920s style throughout, chef's kitchen with Viking range, master suite with a European-style bathtub, and a media room, extra large fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Each room opens to the beautiful outdoor space, and incredible natural light throughout the rooms. Available through Jan 31st 2025 note, some of the inside furniture is removed, one bed room and some furniture remains, you are welcome to set dress. Stunning location for small events or weddings up to about 100 people. For weddings and events ask us for a flat day rate
