David was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. He was quick to answer any questions and help shift things around in the ever changing world of production. The property is absolutely perfect. Lots of different exteriors to work with. We used both the wonderland cabin and the stone cottage. The interiors were awesome. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to film here.
If you need a rustic site with oak trees, creeks and dirt roads this is the place! There are 13 acres to peruse to find the perfect spot. It's quiet and set far from the road. Plenty of parking, power and holding spaces available.
We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place. Levi's-global shot here - their directive was to find a place that could be anywhere in the planet and they said this property fit that description perfectly. We have hosted many film and photo shoots here and always do our best to help them have a successful shoot.
Additionally, we have numerous artistic hand-built cottages available for rental in this 13 acre park-like setting. Perfect for film and photography, the property is set back from the road with lots of rustic buildings and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and the Valley, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. The main stone house and fireplace is over 100 years old.

Had a great experience filming in the woods! The Tea House provided a great holding area, too.
If you're looking to film day time, the trees provide a lot of shade and there are just endless spots to get creative with!
