We've decorated this space in our vision of an authentic French apartment with some Topanga ambiance mixed in. Fringed lamps, king size plush mattress, and an authentic original bathroom door from the 1st settlers of this historic property. The French Quarters is one of numerous artistic hand-built cottages available for rental in this 13 acre park-like setting. Perfect for film and photography, the property is set back from the road with lots of rustic buildings and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and Woodland Hills, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. In addition to shooting the interior of the cottage your crew can take advantage of our exteriors, property providing endless possibilities. The property has lots of parking. There are over 100 oak trees with sculpted rock streams covered with a total canopy of green. If you need a rustic and forested location this is the place. We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place.
