The Creative Suite: This homely bohemian space features a view of mountainous and oaks, an all wood kitchen, and colorfully tiled shower and bath. Just outside are a couple of chairs for taking in the mountain view and soaking up the sun. The Creative Suite is one of numerous artistic hand-built cottages available for rental in this 13 acre park-like setting. Perfect for film and photography, the property is set back from the road with lots of rustic buildings and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and Woodland Hills, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. Next door to the Creative Suite, there is a stone house with a 100 years old fireplace. In addition to shooting the interior of the cottage your crew can wander the property providing endless possibilities. The property has lots of parking. There are over 100 oak trees with sculpted rock streams covered with a total canopy of green. If you need a rustic and forested location this is the place. We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place. Levi's-global shot here - their directive was to find a place that could be anywhere in the planet and they said this property fit that description perfectly. We have hosted many film and photo shoots here and always do our best to help them have a successful shoot.
