About the Space
An eclectic two-story living room built inside a water tank-like building whose interior includes rain forest-wood walls, a giant chandelier and 20-foot tall windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean below. Portable Restrooms are recommended, as well as a generator. A scout visit is REQUIRED. 57 acres with 360 degree ocean and vista views. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
