About the Space

This 10 acre horse ranch with rustic corrals, arena and round pen is situated in Topanga located in the Santa Monica Mountains. The house is a tastefully designed Spanish style home reminiscent of the rancho period of California. A beautiful pool, gardens, and fountains surround the home and property. Adjacent to conservancy parkland with gorgeous views of the chaparral, cliffs, and rock outcroppings.

    This place is INCREDIBLE!!! It offers so many things that you can't find in LA. Open land, horse corrals, an absolutely beautiful Spanish style Hacienda, and a view of the Santa Monica Mountains like I have never seen. Marianne and Paul were the perfect hosts. They worked with us on all of our needs. Paul was onsite as a rep to help us and answer any questions. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

    This was not a shoot. We used the home for an employee retreat for 14 people. It was lovely. The photos capture it well, it was easy to communicate with the owner, and there was ample parking.
