If you’re looking for a versatile location with plenty of looks this is it. Darryl was super accommodating when needed but left us to do our shoot. Best place in Topanga by far.

Darryl was an amazing host for our corporate team offsite! He was so helpful and has a ton of local connections which made planning our day so much easier. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and with the help of Darryl and his local friends - we had the most amazing day and evening at his place! There were outdoor activities, a team dinner, live music, hiking and enjoying his space. Overall amazing experience, thank you for your hospitality Darryl!!

What a beautiful space! I know we didn't even see all of it, but Darryl's space allowed our team to knock out several settings in one location. We were coming from out of town and Darryl was extremely patient - sending me photos and videos of different areas we could shoot and offering suggestions. Day of, we had a property manager who was also extremely helpful navigating the area and finding out what was doable in our timeframe. I highly recommend booking this space - it's truly gorgeous!

We absolutely loved filming at Kristie's barn! She was so incredibly accommodating and helpful to our filmmaking process. We sincerely appreciate Kristie's active and available communication to let us pre-scout the barn for logistics and tech checks prior to our filming dates. The barn location itself was great with so much production value that made it fun and enjoyable to film in. We loved the side room available to us for a talent holding area and production office. This was a dream location and Ida is an angel on earth. I have never had such a smooth and joyful experience shooting at any location ever. Ida went out of her way to accommodate us and truly went above and beyond what any other home owner/site representative would even consider. Our crew was on the larger side for her beautiful home but we still managed and Ida was there to help us problem solve and we are so pleased with the results of our film. Parking was very easy, we ate lunch in the back and front yard, we never had to worry about the storage or safety of our gear and even the animals that live there did not effect our shoot. I cannot emphasize enough what a dream experience this was, mainly due to Ida and we cannot thank her enough!
