⭐️Welcome to our Topanga Treehouse & Spa 🌿A newly remodeled private modern/rustic sanctuary nestled in the trees on top of the Santa Monica mountains — enjoy 2 private bedrooms (options for more beds), 2 stocked full kitchens, 2 cozy living spaces, 2 master bathrooms and a complete driveway. Relax and do yoga on the wraparound deck with 360° mountain views, hike by day, stargaze by night 🌌, and unwind with the sauna & ice bath. We host film shoots all of the time on our property - we created this space with artists in mind :) The space 🏡Both floors are private and independent of each other perfect for friends, couples, or small families. Private Driveway with gate equipped to hold 4-6 cars comfortably. Please note both floors have no connection between them other than exterior stairs they are designed for privacy between both floors :). *We have an additional parking lot for an extra fee that can accommodate another 6-8 cars. 🛌Organic Latex mattress, organic cotton bed sheets and non toxic cleaning products! 🌿The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. We have a reverse osmosis + alkaline remineralization cartridge water filter for the highest standard of drinking water! Our beloved tree shower is equipped with a filter as well for the softest water experience! 🏔️Enjoy a big backyard and 360 views of the santa monica mountains on the deck and hikes. 🛁 Both bath tubs are peaceful and big - one a modern quartz tub and the other a rustic iron claw foot tub - epsom salts provided 🎹 enjoy our humble upright yamaha piano , make music endlessly in one of the most inspiring places in LA 🔥❄️ Both floors are equipped with AC/Heating Mini Splits - also our top floor features our beautiful fireplace with an electric heating complement as well Guest access The property has exclusive access to our 360 deck of the mountains, the spa, the cold tub and sauna. Stunning hiking trails offer panoramic views of Topanga Canyon and The Valley. With No light pollution or city noise, the peaceful surroundings provide the ideal setting for stargazing or simply finding peace in nature. Other things to note NO PARTIES 🚫 NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND 🚫 Dogs and wildlife roam the area - we are completely immersed in nature so please only book if you love being away from the city and love nature as much as we do!
