An enchanted garden and nature reserve just a stone's throw from the heart of Los Angeles. For 100 years this incredible property was a kids camp, complete with an Olympic size swimming pool (now empty), multiple cabins, clubhouse, nature trails, and natural creek! We have transformed one of the rustic cabins into a music recording studio, and outfitted with a worldly, eastern-inspired, eclectic collection of trinkets. It sits next to a production room / green room with bathroom for crew. Right next door is our main three bedroom clubhouse with fireplace and high, exposed beam ceilings. Continue your exploration and discover the Owl house, an updated cabin to serve as another green room or location to shoot. The grassy Ampitheater boasts a stage covered by our mystical oak trees and seats a large audience. Further down the hill find an outdoor dining table to seat 100! Winding trails through nature, over bridges, past swings hanging from the trees. There is so much to explore in Topanga's enchanted forest. {Neighborhood} Located in the Santa Monica Mountain Range and within 45 minutes of downtown Los Angeles, Topanga Canyon is a quaint mountain town interwoven with hiking trails, quirky shops, and farm to table eateries.
