Rustic Topanga wooded retreat with amazing views. Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, this coveted, quiet location will allow you to be surrounded by nature and still in Los Angeles. Rustic industrial interior with a lot of character. Concrete fireplace. Amazing view of Santa Monica mountains. Deck with tree in the middle and cedar hot tub. The living space is encircled by large windows, filling the space with natural light and views of trees and mountains. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom with a shower, a cozy daybed in an alcove outside the bedroom, a roomy dining/living area, and a clean and well-lit kitchen. There is also a small deck on the front of the guesthouse with a small table and chairs for enjoying the fresh air. Lovely treehouse in back.
