On the Street near parking lots and Christ's Church Cathedral, we are a flexible event rental space with a selection of furniture and decor that could play a cafe, restaurant, intimate concert or performing arts venue. Could also be used as a production office or holding/processing. We cater to special private events and are a team of art department alumni who will help make your film production, photo shoot, or special event go smoothly.
