The space offers a flexible layout with an open-concept industrial aesthetic, perfect for commercial content creators, filmmakers, and photographers. The main studio features 3,800 sq ft of open shooting space with 19 ft ceilings, a full cyclorama wall (16’ H × 28’ L × 24’ W), and an overhead lighting grid. There is also an 800 sq ft backstage area with changing rooms and two restrooms for added comfort and efficiency during shoots. The space includes an industrial kitchen ideal for food-related productions or on-site catering. Blackout window coverings allow for full lighting control, and a 12’ × 12’ bay door ensures easy load-in access. Guests will find convenient parking for 6–7 vehicles, with additional street parking nearby. Whether you're producing a film, staging a photoshoot, or hosting a private creative session, this studio offers a clean, secure, and well-equipped environment to bring your ideas to life.
