We booked this space for a photo shoot this past Saturday and it was a lot of fun! The entrance was hard to find, and there was a lot of old hot dog buns and bread on the floor of the location, which was kind of weird / gross, but aside from that we really enjoyed shooting here. The walls had lots of different textures and colours so we were able to vary our shoots quite a bit. There’s a “jail” in the location as well which made for some fun photos too. I would definitely recommend the place, but anyone who has an issue with old discarded food strewn about might not like this location.

This space was great for our family photo shoot. Some beautiful sets in the space and we were allowed to move furniture if we needed to.

The Annex proved to be an exquisite location, offering a myriad of captivating opportunities for photography with its diverse settings. The expansive space provided an ample canvas for creative expression. While the occupants preceding us lingered a tad past their scheduled departure, the gracious host exhibited no qualms in accommodating our extended stay, exemplifying hospitality beyond expectations.

Had such a fabulous time at the location it was exactly what we were looking for. The space was even larger than I imagined. With clothing racks, great lighting and a friendly welcome. Just bring a fan for cooler air. But overall fabulous

I recently had the opportunity to rent this location for a photoshoot, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I stepped into the space, it was evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating a versatile and visually appealing environment. The lighting was fantastic, offering a range of moods to work with, and the backdrop options were both diverse and high-quality. One detail I must highlight is how straightforward the instructions were for finding the space. The directions provided were crystal clear, and we had no trouble at all locating the venue. Additionally, street parking was conveniently available, which simplified logistics for the entire team. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a smooth operation from start to finish. Communication was seamless throughout the booking process, and they went above and beyond to meet our specific needs. I was particularly impressed by how well-maintained and clean the space was, allowing us to focus solely on our creative process. The location itself is conveniently situated, making it accessible for all team members. I would highly recommend this location to any photographers or videographers looking for a premium, yet affordable, location for their next project. It was a pleasure working here, and I will definitely be booking this space again in the future. Thank you for making our photoshoot such a success!

This is a fantastic location with a wide variety of backgrounds to choose from. Anastasiia is pleasant and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate that she let us extend the studio for an extra hour when needed. The place offers plenty of furniture and everything you need to set up your different departments comfortably (MUA, camera, etc.) I will definitely recommend this place but if you plan on filming during the day, make sure your team wears comfortable and breathable clothing as there is no air conditioning. The owner does provide multiple fans to help cool the area, but it can still get quite warm with a larger crew.

Great natural light. Furnishings were very useful too and had wonderful character that matched the old industrial vibe of the location.
