This is a new transitional modern / farmhouse glam house. The House is very neutral so it can be set up any way. Another fantastic experience at this space! I filmed a UGC-style Black Friday promo here, and the cozy yet upscale vibe was exactly what I needed. The natural light and elegant décor make every shot look professional without much setup. We got to use the full gym in the basement too this time! As always, Manju was an absolute pleasure to work with, responsive, kind and so accommodating. This location continues to be one of my go-tos for reliable, high-quality shoots!

I rented this house for a shoot and it worked out really well. The space is spacious with lots of natural light. The hosts were very helpful and communicative, making the booking and coordination easy. The house feels upscale but still comfortable, which added a nice atmosphere to the shoot. Would recommend for big & small productions.

Manju is a great host, she super nice and easy to deal with. Her place is as listed, beautiful and clean. No issues with booking her place or with dealing with her. I highly recommend her for anyone looking at a gorgeous house to film in.
