Studio Features: • A soft, textured limewash wall for added depth. • Rugged black brick and a sleek black curtain for dynamic visuals within the same space. Rental Options: • No Minimum: For bookings within 7 days (9AM-7PM weekdays only). • 3-Hour Minimum: For bookings made 8+ days in advance. AFTER-HOURS PREMIUM PRICING Bookings scheduled between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to a premium rate of 150% of the standard hourly rate (base rate + 50%) for all applicable hours within this time window. This premium applies only to standard bookings and does not apply to pre-approved long-term rental agreements
