We have a former hydro building boasting 5000 square feet of expansive space with soaring 30-foot ceilings. Alongside the warehouse area, there are subterranean tunnels and passages measuring 6 feet in height, as well as a spacious cellar featuring 9-foot ceilings and sturdy river rock foundation walls. The property is illuminated by windows on the North and West walls and offers convenient drive-in access through a 12' x 12' garage door.
