Access on the day was fairly easy. This location is beautiful for a grungy horror scene. BRING MASKS as the smell of mold is unbearable. The largest room being 100% uninhabitable due to the tepid water's nauseating black-mold-style smell. I recommend Vics Vaporub lightly under the nose. The rest of the place isn't so bad as long as you keep that door closed. BRING LIGHTBULBS, there were several outlets but under a handful of actual working bulbs. DECENT INSURANCE PLAN and proper PPE and safety crew. Giant holes in the ground are in the found throughout the main room. Three CARCASSES in three different stages of decomposition, which actually worked to our benefit and made for a great shot for our film. These are simple warnings, and not a negative review. We had an amazing shoot and would rent again. Just be prepared.
