Located in Southwest Oakville with easy access from the QEW and parking for 6 vehicles, with lots of street parking. Recently renovated top to bottom, this home impeccably finished in neutral colours with lots of natural light and space to film. Large open gourmet kitchen with large island, dining area, family room, and bedrooms with large windows. Extremely spacious Main Bedroom with lots of room for crew, gear, etc. To date we have worked with multiple commercial shoots, with repeat bookings by one agency. All rooms available for filming. Lower level is finished to match the rest of the house and suitable as a green room for actors and crew, with bathroom and shower. All Huge open backyard with covered patio, pool area, and hot tub. Separate workshop in rear yard with 220V power.

    Kevin's space was beautiful and he was more than welcoming to our group. Kevin showed us the space, allowed us to move furniture, and had the space clean and tidy. He was attentive and communicative before and during the shoot. The space worked great for our needs and we were very pleased with the experience.
