A classic NYC loft space with full kitchen and gorgeous outdoor space with contemporary art + design props. The loft is a gallery space, features high ceiling with exposed pipes and black-painted hardwood floor. The space features 2 additional rooms, available for potential add-ons: a lounge with views of our main gallery space - perfect setting for intimate gatherings, corporate meetings, etc. The second room is ideal for editorial shoots with amazing natural light from the skylight. Listed hourly rate is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a minimum of 9 hours. Film/Video shoots are available at an increased rate for a minimum of 10 hours.
