Our creative coworking & event space in Downtown Long Beach features a number of unique spaces.
The Music Room is a tribute to some of our favorite bands and performers. It’s also a celebration of the diversity of American music. Guests are welcome to use the guitars, keyboards, and other instruments (based on availability); however, items must be returned to their original space to avoid additional fees.
We typically have morning events that take place between the hours of 9AM & 3PM and evening events that take place between the hours of 6PM & 12AM. You're also welcome to book a full 12-hour day. Please specify your preferred time frame if you're interested in booking with us.
NOTE: setup, break-down, and cleanup times must be included in your requested hours to avoid additional fees.
6' rectangle tables, folding chairs, and security staff are included in the rate.
Metered street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. There's also a small parking lot two doors down, and (2) city parking structures on the next block. The first (2) hours in the city parking structures are free of charge.
CONDUCT
We are located in a mixed-use community which consists of commercial and residential buildings. As a result, we have very strict rules against smoking, drinking, and/or congregating in front of our building, as well as neighboring buildings. If clients or guests violate those rules, events may be cancelled.
Clients and/or guests shall not harass, victimize, or intimidate our staff, neighboring businesses, neighboring residents, or fellow attendees.
To ensure that you have a successful event, please inform your guests of our conduct policies on your invitations and/or during the event.
