Welcome - we're an easygoing host for your shoot day. We have a few simple rules, but overall we're here to give you the look you'll love... Welcome to the Lake House in the Santa Monica Mountains. Conveniently located within Los Angeles Studio Zone, just minutes from Agoura (101 Freeway) and Malibu (PCH-Highway 1). Beautiful circa 1920's lakeside home with a historic look and adjacent dock structure. Home exterior is shingle-sided that provides a rustic, Swedish modern or mountain cabin look. Large decks and views to the lake from every interior and exterior area. Heavily wooded area with natural landscaping. 700+ square foot stunning dock structure on the lake with amazing views of lake, mountains and incredible magic hour. Property has been used for print, commercials and feature films. Please review parking. This is a small community with ample parking, but must be arrange ahead of shoot day: - Parking for up 3 standard-sized cars plus one large car or 2x small sprinter style equipment van. 4 Vehicles in total. - Large parking area and staging area is available for free - 5 minutes from the house. - Large staging area for large production vehicles is available and is 5 minutes from the house. Additional fee. - Additional parking spots are available on neighbors driveways. Fee can be negotiable. - A barge or boat can be arrange to transport gear or crew. - Upon agreement and prior to shoot day negotiation, the lower part of the house can be used for wardrobe/makeup area. 15' rustic row boat, as shown in photos, is available for an additional cost for shoots. Film and still shoot location on Malibou Lake in the Santa Monica Mountains. Conveniently located within Los Angeles Studio Zone, just minutes from Agoura (101 Freeway) and Malibu (PCH-Highway 1).
