Film and still shoot location on Malibou Lake in Santa Monica Mountains. Located within Los Angeles Studio Zone, minutes from Agoura (101 Freeway) and Malibu (PCH-Highway 1). Beautiful circa 1940 lakeside home with historic look and adjacent dock structure to match. Home exterior is shingle-sided with metal corrugated roof that provides a rustic, Cape Cod, New England or mountain cabin look. Large decks and views to the lake from every interior and exterior area. Heavily wooded area with natural landscaping. 300+ square foot stunning dock structure on lake with amazing views of lake, mountains and incredible sunsets. Parking for up 3 standard-sized cars (includes 2 in enclosed garage) plus one large car or small truck on-site. Or, garage can be used for wardrobe/hair/makeup or production area. Large parking and staging area is available 1 minute away at an additional daily cost. 18 ft electric boat, as shown in photos, is available along with canoe and kayak for an additional cost. Boat has recently been completely refurbished to navy blue with grey trim.
