5.4 Acre Very Private Property with 360 degree mountain views. Many shooting angles to look as if you're hours away from LA, but you are actually only 10 minutes from the west Valley. Too many areas to describe but there are multiple gated entries, 400' winding driveway that leads to a large flat pad where home once was but burned down in Woolsey Fire. Location is truck and film friendly as far as equipment load in and out, expansive space and views, multiple flat pads where sets could be constructed. Some amazing rock outcroppings that could be filmed to look like serious outdoor adventures and climbing. Seasonal stream. The location is very private with the closest house approx 1 mile away.

Great experience shooting here. Michael was super communicative from the get go, quick to let us take a look at the property, always available for answering questions. Helped accomodate us every step of the way and also just a chill dude. Property itself is perfect if you need an outdoor space with crazy vistas. Multiple areas with different vibes. Highly recommended.
