This a very unique , older home. The house sits on the lake at Malibou Lake with its own large dock in front. The home itself is a Nantucket brown and white shingle with and an artists studio, gym and pergola in the rear yard. The interior is light and bright with front windows looking onto the lake. The rear yard is unlike almost any in LA with rock walls and walkways meandering, leading to the interesting out buildings. Malibou Lake frequently has filming so the community has an area by the main dock that accommodates all the trucks that are needed. It’s a private, quiet area nestled into the hills that in unlike any other on southern California.
