The space pays homage to the area's history with unique details and thoughtfully designed furnishings. The venue features an outdoor terrace with stunning city views. Skylights provide abundant natural lighting during the day, so please plan accordingly for filmed interview bookings (the skylights do not have blinds and cannot be covered). Additional amenities include a bar, dining table, and a music station with a record player—ideal for content creation shoots. We have hosted many production projects and understand the importance of professionalism and maintaining a quiet environment. The building has minimal foot traffic, and an on-site space manager will be available to assist with any questions. If rescheduling is necessary, please cancel your current booking and submit a new request. Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside of our cancellation policies. ⚠️ At our discretion, we do not host production bookings from clients who lack previous booking reviews at either of our venues. 🎥 We host limited music video shoots and do not accommodate boudoir or lingerie shoots. 🔍 We do not offer location scouts before confirming a booking. 📅 Bookings are not accepted more than 90 days in advance.
