About the Space
500 sq ft Blackout studio with white walls and hardwood floors. Great for portrait, product and video shoots. Included with rental: • White 9ft seamless ($20 per additional pull and/or additional colors) • Two strobe mono lights • Umbrellas, softbox & Reflectors available • Light stands • Pocket wizards • Hair and Makeup station / clothing rack / steamer • 2 stools • Sand bags / step ladder • small sofa • Heat / AC • Bluetooth sound system • WiFi • Flat screen TV • Professional steamer • Private Bathroom • Private dressing area *Other equipment and additional seamless colors available for an additional charge **Roof access rates are as follows: $50 roof only $65 roof with studio (holding only, no EQ) $85 roof and studio Space is available for the contracted rental times only. Time for load-in, load-out, set up, break down, clean up time and any other access to the space must be included in the contract. No smoking is permitted on the premises. Overtime can be accommodated contingent on availability. Overtime is billed at 1.5x normal rate. Equipment included with the rental is for in-studio use only.

Rodney and Monica were most excellent hosts and I am very satisfied with the setup and the space. In my mind, less is more and this studio fits that to the letter. I will be recommend this space to others and I will be returning for another shoot in a few weeks.
