As a fresh addition to Giggster, we're excited to offer you a uniquely designed space with thoughtful finishes that cater to Pickle ball lovers, family reunions, bachelorette parties, & anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape. Conveniently located near the heart of Biltmore, our location is ideal for hiking, shopping, and some of the best dining in AZ!! However, our play pool, private Pickle ball court, and relaxing turf areas may make it tough to actually venture out! The space This property consists of 4 individual units. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own separate space, yet join and dine together in one of our outdoor spaces. Each unit is equipped with a cozy kitchen including a gas range. Each unit has it own private laundry as well. The property boasts lots of outdoor space anchored by our play pool and private sport court. Guest access When you rent this space, the whole property will be yours. Pool can be heated for +$80/day Other things to note Early check in can be requested for a fee of $100. (depending on availability)
