On over 1.76 acres of verdant gated grounds rests this custom-built Atomic Ranch Estate incorporates the best of Mid-Century design with the quality found in late 1940's architecture. A Brick circular parking court leads to this mostly single level Estate that offers many fine architectural details throughout indigenous of the era. An iron gate leads to the coke-glass entry door and into the large informal living room with vaulted wood beamed ceiling, dramatic chandelier, and a massive Travertine faced fireplace. Expansive Steele doors lead out to the covered veranda and overlooks the pool, spa, and gentle rolling grounds. The large remodeled kitchen affords newer Viking appliances, 42' gas range, two dishwashers, built-in wood burning oven, large center island with two chandeliers, a Wok, wine refrigerator, and two refrigerators/freezers.
