Step into a historical craftsman meeting room and office venue reminiscent of the Arts and Crafts movement. Gather around the stone fireplace or head toward your private space. Natural light streams through wood-framed windows and French doors, illuminating beamed ceilings, mahogany details and craftsman furniture. The warm ambiance fosters focus and collaboration. The space is ideal for meetings, interviews, depositions, small social gatherings and dining room scenes. Send your scout or request a free tour! Access the location by freeway (110, 210, 134) or train (Del Mar Station). Fly into Burbank Airport (BUR). Park for free on the street or reserve parking at $15 per day. Walk to Houston's, Parkway Grill, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Have food delivered or drive one mile to Old Town Pasadena or the South Lake District. Special requests and last-minute bookings are always considered.
