Recently featured in several productions. Mid-Century Modernism 60’s Villa, is a true period original vintage architectural beauty and captures the 60’s - 80's Movies era accurate. Located in the West Hollywood Hills / Bird Streets , this film location is also fully equipped with a Separate Make Up & Styling Area. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the Villa maximize natural light and brightness. This photogenic Villa allows magnificent glimmering afternoon views over Beverly Hills/WeHo. Sound conditions are excellent for live recording. Furnished with original mid century furniture, art pieces and prop objects. 4. Load in and Load out must have no noise or traffic impact on neighbors or street. We require that equipment, vehicles

and crews stay and operate within the confinement of our property.

5.Location to be accessed at exact Start time of booking and Location including driveway to be clear of crew

and equipment and vehicles at exact End time of booking.

Otherwise Overtime Charges to be applied at booked hourly rate.

6. In Los Angeles, film permits are required for most filming and photography projects.

INCREDIBLE HOUSE!!!! This house is in original condition with so many props to work with. We used for a photoshoot and it gave all the retro vibes we were going for! Alex was very helpful and it had everything we needed!

Alex is amazing, he is very helpful and accommodating. The location is beautiful and is great for traveling back in time. Be sure to get your permit early, as the city has many hoops for you to jump through, but the location and hospitality are worth it.
