Situated high up in the Tower portion of the iconic Art Deco Tower 270 Condominium, this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom double corner residence is the perfect place to experience the vibrant and exciting neighborhood of Tribeca. The loft is flooded with light from more than 20 oversized windows, offering breathtaking views of the south, west, and north. With tall 10ft 4in ceilings, the spacious 1729sf interior provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. The highlight of this incredible loft is the 700sf outdoor terrace, where you can soak up the sun and take in the sweeping views of Tribeca and the Hudson River. The 20ft corner bedroom boasts seven windows facing south and west, a walk-in-closet, and a windowed bathroom. Meanwhile, the 20ft northern bedroom offers access to the terrace and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower stall. The vented chef's kitchen features Subzero and Miele appliances, and there is an LG washer and dryer for your convenience. As our guests, you will have access to the fitness room on the same floor, complete with a Peloton bike. Please note that you will be staying in our home, where we also temporarily reside and have personal belongings.
