I had an absolutely lovely experience organizing an event (wedding proposal) with Ozlem and her team. Ozlem kindly took the time to answer all questions I had and provided me with all necessary information and infrastructure. I initially booked the rooftop but when the heavy rain threatened to cancel the entire thing, Ozlem was kind and flexible enough to offer me an indoor plan B location which was just as great as the rooftop. On the day of the event, a member of Ozlem’s team, LaQuan, helpfully helped me decorate and arrange the venue using all the equipment available on site. Can’t recommend this enough - for both private and corporate events.

This space was STUNNING! It was absolutely the perfect location for our engagement party. The venue provided a bartender and two security guards plus a bouncer downstairs to help direct people up. It’s located right in the heart of Little Italy and you can see down Mulberry street from the roof. The lights and lanterns are so beautiful and add a romantic touch at night. It was clean, easy to find, and fairly priced. All our guests said they want to throw their next party here! 10/10 recommend.

Located in the heart of the Soho East, surrounded by low buildings with picturesque views of the iconic Manhattan skyline to the rear. Embark on an unforgettable, authentic Little Italy experience atop this classic landmark building. The fully furnished terrace features comfortable lounge seating - an outdoor couch that seats 4 people, a dining/meeting table, two folding tables, 40 folding chairs, and a built-in bar that are included in the rental fee. Additionally, we have a sound system, a microphone, and WIFI available for your use. The Rooftop is perfect for intimate social gatherings, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, intimate weddings, PR events, cocktail parties, corporate networking parties, photo/film shoots, and yoga fitness classes. Ideal for events with an outdoor and rooftop feel! The venue is a short walk from the A, C, E, B, D, F, M, J, Z, N, Q, R, W, 1 & 6. ADDITIONAL FEES: Cleaning fee - $200.00 (applies to all bookings) Security guard fee - $45.00 per hour (depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory) Bartender fee - $45.00 per hour (please note that a bartender is mandatory when alcohol is served and only plastic cups and utensils are allowed) We look forward to hosting you and your guests!
