About the Space Welcome to our NEW and affordable 700 sq ft. Photo-Studio. This multi-purpose creative space is perfect for headshots, lifestyle, portraits, products, fashion, album covers, casting calls, meetings, etc. The studio space offers lots of natural lighting thanks to our three large South facing windows but can be adjusted with our blackout blinds or studio lighting equipment. LOCATION: This great and affordable photo-studio is located in a commercial building. ON-SITE STAFF: The studio manager is located on the same floor where we operate our full service photography studio. We offer an assistant at an additional charge and fashion/product photographer at a rate of $200/hr. CAPACITY: We allow a maximum of 10 occupants free of charge. If you desire to have a greater amount of people, it will be an additional $25 per person PETS: We absolutely love animals here! We please ask that you inform us of any pets attending the shoot and if they will be in a confined space. Any damage inflicted by pets will be subject to a $50 fee. FURNITURE: We offer a brown futon, rug, coffee table and lamp available for your photo shoot! All we ask is that you stage the furniture in its original place before leaving the premises. MUSIC: We offer a Bluetooth speaker with high quality sound. Please be mindful of other tenants and enjoy your jams at a reasonable volume. FOOD & DELIVERY: We know you might get hungry while on set so here are some suggestions that we recommend!
