Blackout blinds on the larger windows and light filtering options. This 760 sqft private studio offers 15ft x 20ft of shooting space. Hardwood floors, 12 ft ceilings and overhead lighting options. Air conditioning Private bathroom Props- Chairs, stools, ottoman, plants. Bluetooth Speakers Wifi Ladder Mirror Industrial clothing rack + hangars Clothing Steamer Mircorwave+toaster over+kettle + dishes ( small kitchenette) Fans Seamless backdrops are available, communicate prior to arrival which one you would like to use. If the seamless is damaged/rendered unusable you will be charged 6$/ ft.
