About the Space

The facilities include: – 20 ft ceilings with two floors of windows bringing in natural light – retractable floor to ceiling doors in Studio 8 – reception area, kitchen with sink, microwave and full fridge – 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each, plus a 3rd handicapped bathroom – 5″ sprung wooden floors in all studios (Marley floor available) – full-length mirrors – portable barres – air conditioning – wifi and sound systems in every studio ***Note that the published rate shown on the listing for production is for weekdays only. For weekends rate is $315 per hour for production. ***Pricing/rates still can be changed depending on what event, activity, type of day, and other factors. Please always inquire to host for other pricing details. ***Renters must have their insurance certificate ready before booking a studio. ***Cleaning fee is $200.
