Looking for a unique, inspiring spot to host your next meeting or brainstorming session? Our studio apartment offers the perfect environment for both formal and casual gatherings: Modern Layout: The open-concept living area creates a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere where ideas can flow. Natural Light: Bright, sunlit spaces that foster creativity and productivity. Convenient Location: Situated in Downtown LA, it’s easy for your team to meet up and stay focused. Flexible Setup: Whether you need a conference-style arrangement, a more informal layout, or a private breakout area, our space is versatile enough to adapt to your meeting needs. Let us help make your next meeting productive, memorable, and stress-free! Overtime Policy We get it—sometimes creativity (or the party!) takes a little extra time. If you need more hours, let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll extend your booking at the base rate. Otherwise, overtime will be charged at 1.5x your booking rate, as per Giggster’s policy. Booking Policy Remember, it’s first come, first serve! Your dates are only locked in with an approved booking on Giggster. Need a scout or have questions? We’re happy to assist, but make sure to officially secure your dates—we offer NON-refundable holds. Keep in mind, we reserve the right to book other crews in other spaces during your shoot, event, or meeting, so book early!
