Agora Haus is located in the heart of Houston TX in the midtown area. The full property is 3400 sq ft. with 2200 square foot indoor space. This amazing house features a beautiful chic living room space, a modern dining area, a modern kitchen, a contemporary bedroom with an elegant en suite bath, a library perfect for small meetings and a rooftop deck with amazing views of the downtown Houston skyline covering the entire 4th floor. Rules: No smoking on the property. Pets require an additional fee, please reach out regarding this. Prior agreement must be gained for any items requiring adhesion to walls or windows. Outside catering is allowed but must be coordinated with property management. Setup and pack-up must be included in rental time-frame. Open flames are not permitted. Outside music must be agreed before hand. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be placed back in its place during time frame granted. Please be sure to throw away all trash and leave the property clean. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if studio is left in unsatisfactory conditions. Coordinate all furniture and decoration arrangements with property management ahead of time to best suit your needs. A property manager is onsite during all rentals.
