Designer decorated, 100 year old craftsman bungalow in the heart of Montrose. Incredible natural light and backdrops! Inviting, classically Southern, deep front porch and fenced in front yard with large manicured backyard perfect for entertaining. First floor available with elegant, storied, award-winning interiors. Downstairs includes large living room, dining room or conference room, breakfast room with second large table, kitchen, entry and powder room. Perfect space to host cocktail parties, dinners, baby or wedding showers, business meetings or company retreats, photoshoots, podcast recordings, chef tastings, fundraisers, holiday parties, product shoots, networking, pop ups, birthday and anniversary parties for large or small crowds. Large dining or conference table indoors available for meetings or parties. Long driveway ideal for seated dinner parties. Perfect location for photographers to host sittings for holiday shoots. Possibilities are endless in this gorgeous indoor and outdoor space! *Because we are an interior design firm, art, accessories, and furniture is often changing.
