Recently fully renovated and staged with chefs kitchen, multiple fireplaces, and the biggest shower in Chicago! Perfect for video and tv shoots, and content creators. Great for private events, retreats, and podcasts. Enormous master suite and master bathroom with huge vanity for makeup tutorials. Excellent natural light on quiet side street. Street parking is available, as well as parking passes if you book past 6pm.

The host was absolutely amazing. He met us at the front door, gave us a quick tour and then let us take over the space. We used his home as the backdrop to our content, photos for social media and our website. The home is so beautiful and has so many great rooms to take photos. The showstoppers are definitely the kitchen and the primary bathroom. Would highly recommend we were there on a rainy day and natural the light still poured in.
