Winchester Loft is a picturesque monochrome luxury artists’ loft, meticulously designed down to stunning detail. The Winchester Loft is a classic Chicago vaulted warehouse that was converted into a live/work studio for its artists and designer owners. The space features gorgeous natural light, high ceilings, architectural details, contemporary finishes, and gallery lighting in an adaptable space perfect for events, meetings, and productions. Custom furniture, art, and sculptures fill the open floorplan. The studio features two full kitchens, a green room, breakout space, a private gated entrance, a garage door for easy load-in and load-out, and a 30' glass accordion door, which opens out onto a contemporary patio. There are 7 parking spots on site and plenty of rental parking options nearby.
